The lights are on
Valve's Portal 2 Perpetual Testing Initiative, a set of custom level creation tools for the popular puzzle game, has already proven popular with the game's fan base.
Though it's only been available for a few days, players have already created 35,000 user-created maps. So far, there have been 1.3 million downloads of user-created content. You can browse through user-created Portal 2 puzzle at Steam Workshop.
To keep the momentum rolling, Valve is staging a Weekend Workshop sale, with Portal 2 marked down 66 percent, Skyrim marked down 33 percent, and Team Fortress 2 items on sale for 50 percent off normal prices.

This is such a great feature creating challenging test chambers is really fun
been non stop with it, had to go buy the PC version of Portal 2 to do it but I cant stop playing it!
I hope this will find its way onto consoles soon. I would love to create my own custom test chambers. And I know there are people out there with wicked imaginations that could make some amazing stuff.
Its like spore, only portal.....sportal?
Me and my xbox cried when we heard the news
The sale is a lie.

I owned it for the 360, but for 8 bucks, I couldn't help but get it on my comp too. The ability to make my own rooms is too awesome to pass up on.
