See How Combat Works In Persona 4 Arena

It wasn't too long ago that we found out that Persona 4 Arena is making its way to the US, and now have our first glance at how the game plays.

This is the first of a few planned tutorial videos walking fighters though how to play the game, and it starts out pretty simple. Stick around though, because some of the more complicated features do get detailed, like the fact that you are essentially controlling two characters at once.

  • So........its like any other fighting game for us fighting game fans.
  • Cool!

  • big eyes tiny nose
  • nice

  • I've never learned how fighting games work. Those combos were really cool to see, and I like that they're walking us through it all.

Not to mention, enjoying the art style for a fighter.

  • So it's basically Jojo's Bizarre Adventure?
  • This will be the first fighting game I've ever pre-ordered. Skills that cost 50 SP?! That's ridiculous. Megidolaon only cost 32 SP.
  • Comes out the day after my birthday... Thank you, Atlus!

  • I still can't see Persona as a fighting series. But who knows?, keep an open mind right?.

  • Looks fun, but I haven't played any Persona games. I was thinking of buying Persona 3 FES off of PSN.
  • Sounds simple enough but I'm terrible at fighting games. I think I'll be putting a great amount of effort into getting good at this one though.
  • The art design looks cool, and those combos look fun. I'm definitely interested in this, which is unusual because I don't really like fighting games.
  • I want!

  • Interseting.

  • Persona 4 was the perfect game to turn into a fighter!

  • TAI!!! ITS AGUMON

  • pres a repeatedly for a combo ill guess that is easier to play than street fighter then or maybe there's more to it

  • If you mash A, your character can automatically finish with a super? I don't know about that.

  • I rarely play fighting games because I'm not that good at them.  However, I will be buying this day one.  With some practice I might actually win a fight every once in a while.

  • ... WOW does the english Dubb suck, I watched the Persona 4 anime and the japanese Dubb is amazing, now that I heard the english Dubb, I think i'm bleeding through my ears, hope the game releases with the original japanese Dubb because I refuse to play it in english.
