That sounds more like a quest line/faction than an expansion to the world. Based on this (granted almost based on nothing at all), I'm thinking more Knights of the Nine than Shivering Isles.

This is ridiculous. Sure, I'm happy they've announced DLC, but come on it's been half a year since the game released and they're JUST NOW only announcing the title of the DLC?? If we have to wait for E3 for just the details, I will be severely disappointed. But I'll buy it nonetheless.

Dusk Soldier would have been cooler. But what do I know?

Gee, not much of an announcement. Is it really so hard to go, "Hey we're releasing /insert DLC Name Here/ it will pertain /insert details/, more info later". I mean really this is just, annoying.

Not to mention it's being released for 360 before PC and PS3, I mean it's really just silly. Beyond the fact that Microsoft owns both Windows and 360 some of Bethesda's biggest fans are PC Gamers and for whatever nonsensical reason they get the finger on this.
