Valve Has No E3 Announcements

Hoping for a Half-Life 3 reveal at E3? Keep dreaming. Valve said it has no announcements planned this coming June.

Valvetime.net was first to receive the confirmation via a purported e-mail exchange with president Gabe Newell, who said, "We're not announcing anything. Really. We are not announcing Half-Life 3 or Portal 3 or Left 4 Dead 3." He continued, "We are going to be showing stuff everyone already knows about (CS: Go, Dota 2, 10 UI',...).

Valve later confirmed independently to IGN it will not be making any new announcements at E3.

There's always next year, right?

  • Oh Valve...

  • Half-Life 3 can suck it, where is the Left 4 dead sequel?

  • Always next year right? Then next year comes and where saying the same thing come on valve!

  • Remember valve. And all your effort gone into the gaming world would have gone to waste until... well, let's just say your HL hour has come again. The right company in the wrong place can make all the difference in the world. So, wake up, Mr. Newel. Wake up and smell the ashes.

  • This has killed a part of me.

    I NEED GORDON FREEMAN ! ! ! !

  • *Sad Face* Come on Valve

  • Who else was expecting L4D3?????
