That's Raiden being transformed into a cyborg. You can see his name appear on the documents 15secs into the video. About 40sec into the video you see another person being experimented on, That's Raiden (Jack) when he was a child soldier. If you listen to the voice, it doesnt exactly sound like a grown man. I was hoping to get some more history on Raiden and if my guesses are correct, that's exactly what we're going to get in Revengence.

It is really straight forward actually ... Raiden is being operated on ... he flashes back to when he was first brought into the " child army" and being operated on... 50 % of the trailer looked like black ops mason MASONNNNNNN

someone named jack was experimented/tortured on in an unnamed war. one of these experiment/tortures involve either the implantation of several bionic implants (experiment) or the loss of things that where subsequently repaired with bionics (torture). an unknown time in the feuture something happens injuring jack where he needs to be repaired, this includes damage to an optical implant (which explains the distortion throughout the video) damage to a neural implant (there going to add more memory nodes) possibly meaning that he was hit in the face with something. he also lost an arm and or damaged it if you look at the the first like 5 seconds of the video it shows the damage on a computer person. during the surgery (which must have been urgent because he was not put under for it) he has flashbacks to the war in which he was experimented/tortured on. he was young and whatever happened to him was involuntary. he than flash forwards back to real time where the surgeons where able to stabilize him. they now are going to try to repair the optical implant. this seems to be the only working eye because once they begin to remove/shut off the implant the feed ends. the implant belongs to a man named raiden which may be a nickname/codename for jack or jack may have been the nickname/codename and raiden is the real name. raiden/jack does not remember how he got to where he is right now and is not getting any answers from the doctors who are too busy saving his life /can't hear him/are ignoring him.

thats my explanation never played any of the metal gear games so if I'm missing something feel free to reply and add it in/change whatevers wrong.

The whole vid is from Raiden's perspective. He's been damaged after he's been made bionic. Then he has a flashback to him being a child soldier; apparently he got tortured by the same doctor that "improved" him. All this kinda makes me wonder if his bionic improvements were his choice, or if they were forced upon him

Raiden was taken in by area 51 after crash landing i believe. They gave him the exoskeleton.

In MGS4 Raiden cuts his own arm to escape rubble...can it be that they are creating a new Cyborg from his arm? and somehow through this arm the cyborg is obtaining all of Raidens memories?? hmm
