The lights are on
Quantum Conundrum, the upcoming puzzle game from Portal lead designer Kim
Swift, and iam8bit, the video game themed art exhibit, have teamed up
for an ambiguous contest.
You can sign up here, but to tell you the truth, I am not really sure what you are entering to win. Here are all the details they are willing to provide:
"We're looking for hardcore fans to join us for a very unique production taking place in the Los Angeles area this May. While we can't give away too many details, if you're chosen to participate (as only 50 lucky people will be), it's quite possible you'll be transported to another dimension, all in the name of science. Seriously, we're not messing around. And that's all we can say! "
If you are going to be in Los Angeles on May 11 and 12, go sign up. They do ask for a photo, and for you to answer the question, "why you should win?" so good luck coming up with a worthy response.
Email the author Kyle Hilliard, or follow on Twitter, Google+, Facebook, and Game Informer.
ugh... LA? why can't these events ever be in my town -_-
i think i live close enough to qualify =D
Cool!I'll check it out.
Hey, would you look at that. I live near LA. But it is going to be hard to come up with a reason i should win something I don't know anything about.
i think im going to love every facet of this game, very intimatly, as i have loved the portal games
damn, no free transportation?
just shut up and release the ****ing game!
nope ill be in Al lol
My guess is they turn your picture into 8-bit or something. How that relates to QC, I don't know. Also not sure why they ask why you should win when they don't tell you what the hell is going on.
Why does nothing come in Kansas?!?!?
If it wasn't just in LA I'd def sign up :/
Why are all the big things in video games always on the west coast? Come to FLORIDA!!!!!
Because im awesome.
