Trailer For Wii U Game Rayman Legends Leaked

by Jeff Cork on Apr 27, 2012 at 03:36 AM

It looks like we now have a solid idea of what Rayman's next adventure is going to be like. A trailer for Rayman Legends has leaked online, featuring plenty of gameplay footage that sheds light on what the Wii U's touchscreen interface brings to the game.

Players will be able to interact with environments by tapping and sliding their fingers. For instance, you may have to lift a platform (and your team) by dragging your finger upward. Rayman Legends also brings new characters, levels, and minigames to Rayman's world. In one nifty demonstration of the Wii U's near-field communication tech, a player is shown physically placing a heart-shaped object on the Wii U's screen, which then heals the characters in the game. If you've played Skylanders, you have a pretty good idea how this works.

Take a look at the video below, and stay tuned for more details on the game.
