The lights are on
Portal 2's test chamber editor will be available on May 8, and Valve put together a video to remind everyone that it's coming soon.
J.K. Simmons returns to offer his Cave Johnson voice over explaining how it all works, and it is unsurprisingly hilarious. I could watch a 90-minute feature of videos like this.
Unfortunately, the editor has only been announced for PC.
Email the author Kyle Hilliard, or follow on Twitter, Google+, Facebook, and Game Informer.

I wish Cave was the narrator for every game. . .
please let me add a mantis man, just one PLEASE!
At 1:12, at the top, you can see one of the guy's family jewels.
i wish it was for 360 and ps3 too.... :(
only confirmed for pc?!!! we can already edit that! argh... dreams dashed... valve should know damn well we want it on consoles
I think I thought of this concept last year when I was playing portal 2.
"Yes, YOU ...... get back to work"
I got this for ps3... good thing they gave us a free steam version too!

I'm with Kyle Hilliard on this one, I too could watch these videos for hours. Valve employs some of the most talented writers in the industry, and having talent like J.K. Simmons and Stephen Merchant (in the game, of course) doesn't hurt either.
Octodad? Is that you?
I can't wait to see what people do with this. Custom campaigns and such. I know I can't do these kinds of things.
I would be fine with it not coming to consoles as long as the PC creators can share the levels with console players so that I can enjoy the fruits of their labor.
