Pokémon Black and White owners can jump through some hoops to get a free super Pokémon that will "give their opponents nightmares." Sounds scary?

The new Pokémon* is called Darkrai, and I have to admit the above picture of it isn't giving me nightmares. Maybe I'd feel differently if I was confronted with one during the heat of battle? The press release says Darkrai is a Mythical Dark Pokémon, which I'm guessing is as scary as things get in Pokéworld. Regardless, you can get your own Darkrai on May 9 if you meet these criteria, as outlined by Nintendo:

• Wireless broadband Internet access
• A Nintendo DS, Nintendo DSi, Nintendo DSi XL, or Nintendo 3DS system
• A copy of the Pokémon Black Version or Pokémon White Version game
• No more than 11 Wonder Cards in their possession
