The lights are on
Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 are Nintendo DS games, but they can be played on the 3DS. In order to make Pokemon fans feel they didn't upgrade for nothing, Nintendo is releasing a few of 3DS apps that will coordinate with Pokemon Black and White 2..
The first is an augmented reality game that will let you hunt down Pokemon in your living room, capture them, and use them in your game. Following that app, Nintendo has plans to release an updated version of the Pokedex.
Nintendo outlined these apps during its Nintendo Direct conference, which covered Japanese software and releases. These haven't been confirmed for North America yet, but there is a good chance we will see US versions around the same time as Pokemon Black and White 2 release. Nintendo also unveiled a new Japanese trailer for the games, which you can see below.

seems cool. will be interested to see how it works.
This is why i stop playing Pokemon ages ago...repetition.....-_-
pokemon in the living room would be sweet only if they were the first 2 generations.
sweet, maybe i should get a 3DS.
I just know there's a Houndour in my backyard somewhere. I hear howling every night.
You can see there already getting ready for a full 3D perspective by use of camera tricks, won't be long until a 3DS version is released.
Red & Blue on iOS please
I want my hoen rgion back game freak!!
...I bought heartgold a while back. This trailer shows me what I've been missing. Heartgold was a fantastic throwback. This, looks like a whole new game.
That is a cool option I guess. I don't know if I would ever use it though.
Good looking trailer too!
Well, I sort of stopped with Pokemon... But I may just give it another chance.
At least they won't be totally left in the dark.
Why is everyone trashing Pokemon these days? These apps are legit and I can't wait to use them on my 3ds with the games. If you like Pokemon please befriend me. If you don't...
