Animal Crossing Coming To Japanese 3DS This Fall

Along with new Mario and Kirby game announcements, Nintendo also announced a release date for the new Animal Crossing for 3DS in Japan.

The game will be releasing in Fall. No word on what will be happening with the North American version of the game, but hopefully we will know details soon.

I feel kinda dumb for saying this, but I originally wanted a 3DS solely for Animal Crossing, I love the games that much, and I'll actually be in Japan in the fall so maybe I'll get to play it early and not understand what the heck people are saying to me. ^_^

I've always wanted to play Animal Crossing so I hope they release Animal Crossing 3DS sometime soon in North America. I wonder, is Nintendo working on a Animal Crossing title for Wii U? I think Animal Crossing would make a great launch title for the system.

I can't wait. I have been holding out for news for this game since I heard they were making it. This game is pretty much the whole reason I bought a 3ds. Come to the US soon!!!!!

I've never played Animal Crossing, but I said I'd try the one on 3DS, I guess we'll see news on the US version soon or at E3.

I love Animal Crossing. It's so relaxing. When I get a 3DS this will be one of the first games I'll buy.

YES!! I thought Nintendo had forgot about it after so long with so little news! I played the DS one sooo much, the Wii one was good but I think this series is better suited for portables so I'm super psyched for this one.
