The lights are on
After the critical and financial success of the first two Dead Space games, a third one would not be a surprise. However, Electronic Arts and Visceral games have made no official announcement of a sequel.
South African retailer BT Games seems to think Dead Space 3 is coming though, and have a pre-order sku listed in its site. This is by no means an official announcement, as BT Games could just have the pre-order page in place just in case Electronic Arts makes an announcement. Or, maybe BT Games knows something we don't...

Wow, game retailers are either horrible at keeping secrets or just don't care about the accuracy of their store.
Calling it now, Dead Spcae 3, God of War 4 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 will all be shown at E3. And one of them will have no shock value at all (here's hint, it's gotten 4 games in 4 years).
What?! Where did my comment go?! Anyway, just get rid of multi-player and I'll be happy. I thought the sequel was too short. Also, the scares just felt recycled from the original.
YES?
speculations speculations!
Well, if there is gonna be a Dead Space 3, I cannot wait.
Dead Space 1 and 2... on my backlog still :/
I still need to beat the second.
Every time this happens it serves as an informal announcement for every game ever. Maybe this will force EA's hand and make them announce something.
Seems like the foreign market is always informed about games before us...
of course theres going to be a 3.
I'm all for another Dead Space Game
I'll be ready to pre-order when it is announced; Dead Space is one of the best console and PC games of this generation in my opinion.
I freaking hope so!! Love Dead Space...Best in horror genre in a long time.
You never know...
is this the same guy that did this with god of war
I've heard the Dead Space series is super scary!
I hope that the rumors about it being first-person aren't true. Seeing Isaac in front of me added to the suspense of truely being "alone".
