The lights are on
Blizzard said today the servers for the Diablo III beta are being turned off on May 1.
"We'd like to thank everyone who has participated in the Diablo III beta," the developer said. "You've done an admirable job of testing, and we greatly appreciate all of the feedback you provided during this critical phase of development."
All beta accounts and character information will be reset, and players will only be able to create comments and forum posts on the official Diablo III community site if they have pre-purchased Diablo III or have a StarCraft II or an active World of Warcraft game license attached to their Battle.net account.
Diablo III launches on May 15.

You end May first.
Those jerks never sent me an invite...
I'm upset....but mostly because they have told us for years it's "ready when its ready", but seem to have done a complete 180 from that.
Must get all achievements... So far away... so much grinding to be done.
Whelp I better play some more, then get it when it comes out. It's a blast.
Please, take it away already! I've killed the skeleton king at least 150 times since getting access back in patch 6 x.x
Awesome. I'm pumped for launch!
Oh darn. . . wait, I never cared anyway.
Been playing it for months, I think it's time for Blizzard to shut off the servers.
I'm just ready for it to finally release!
Hey guys it's open beta.
