is it me or are the player characters getting more stupid looking by the game?

It looks like the older Pokemon will be in the game during the course of the story this time, which is nice, and the same areas have been changed quite a bit. Nothing really looks exactly the same, at least from what I can tell from the screens. I really hope that the contests are in the game again and not the stupid dancing thing. I have a feeling I'm going to love this one as much as B&W. ^_^

It remains to be seen if putting out a new Pokémon game so soon after the last one is a good idea, but this one does look really darn cool. I like the fact that it takes place on the same map but with some drastic changes. I have been thinking for a while that the next step in the series should be a new game without new Pokémon... which this, technically, is. At any rate, the series hasn't disappointed me yet, so I'm onboard.

so, its the same map, same starters, but i guess all the gyms are different, the old pokemon are back (YAY)and who i assume is the bad guy has some blue hair tentacle thing and what looks like the necronomicon.ya, they shoulda just done either Gray or taken a little longer and done a whole new region IMO. but..... i'll still buy em probably....

also, is that a wild Eevee??? OMG!!!! how i have longed for this day!!1

So excited. I totally called it being a sequel. But I wasn't expecting all of those changes. And the evolution of Pokemon that everyone ignores continues.

I can't wait! I loved my White version and now the new ones are coming out!

I wonder if i should import it and play or just wait till US release... Or do both.

I still don't know what's happening. That being said, the characters still look ridiculous. Pony!
