The Mass Effect series lets you pick a romantic interest. Outside of a few flirtatious scenes and a night spent in Shepard's quarters, we don't see how far Shepard's relationships end up going. Deviant Artist SLM gives Garrus lovers a glimpse at what could have happened if their relationship blossomed.
Many players wanted a new ending for Mass Effect 3, and we think this would suffice. You see the consequences of your actions. Things end on a happy note. And we could be looking at a potential protagonist for Mass Effect 4. If you're reading this BioWare, change your plans now. Nothing you do can top this.

Even if Shepard lived it's highly doubtful that they would be able to have children since humans and turian's have different DNA's, same with humans and quarians.
