The lights are on
Technically it's called the "Professional Edition," but we know what they really mean.
It will include a premium hardcover art book with a foreword from Game Director Tore Blystad, an exclusive behind-the-scenes “making of” video, and it's all packaged in a fancy clamshell.
Absolution will also have retail specific pre-order bonuses depending on where you want to pick up your game from. Here's the list:
Amazon
Best Buy
GameStop
Walmart
You can see the pre-order bonuses in picture form in the gallery below. According to Square Enix, more pre-order bonuses will be announced next month.
Hitman: Absolution will be available on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC sometime this year.

Awww... I saw the case in the ad and thought they were physical gun replicas before I saw the obvious "Digital Content" tag on the case. I would still like all the extra junk, though.
I hate when they do multiple pace preorders
I'm pretty excited for this.
I'm not a fan of retailer specific bonuses but I want this game regardless of where I get it. And this is coming from someone who's never even played a Hitman game.
Wish they would come with an Air Soft pellet gun instead, that would be so awesome an Agent 47 Bartolli Air Soft Pistol with the limited edition, they never try... do they ???
For a moment i though the bonuses where real guns. LOL
Cool
Walmart and Gamestop normally have the better exclusives.
Seems like a decent collector's edition. And I'm always a fan of art books. I might be picking this one up.
That's crazy when you have 4 different pre-order items from four different places. WOW! that over $240.00 for all of it.
I'm still not sold on this game. There's just a lot of good stuff coming out this year for me to waste money on something I may not enjoy. If I do get this, it'll be the standard edition, and probably late at a lower price.
Looking forward to this game!
Doesn't look like it's worth the extra money. Only an art book and DVD? Usually it's a bit more. I'll be sticking with standard edition.
I don't think I'll reserve this but I it looks pretty sweet.
At first look I thought it came with a replica briefcase with guns and I was really excited! then I saw dlc and lost interest. book and music only?! No thanks. Now, if you make a briefcase with some nerf like agent 47 guns then I'll pre-order.
why wouldnt they make special missions or a mode that makes multiplayer not so varied. or something that atleast turns heads. i work at gamestop and the only damn thing i can get people to preorder is prototype because it comes with 60+ items of dlc likes costumes and missions. pre-ordering should be beneficial not just a extra gun. WOOOOOW! an extra gun that isn't that great anyways, yay!
This game is looking really good, waiting with bated breath.
