The lights are on
We found out about the mysterious project back in February, but now we have a little more insight into what it is.
It's a 3DS game (we knew that part) that will feature iconic characters from the different companies in a strategy RPG. Here's who we can expect to see in the game:
Capcom
Ryu & Ken (Street Fighter 0), X and Zero (Mega Man), Demitri and Dante (Darkstalkers and Devil May Cry), Chris and Jill (Resident Evil)
Sega
Shinguji Sakura and Ogami Ichiro (Sakura Wars), Pai and Akira (Virtua Fighter), Kurt and Riela (Valkyria Chronicles), Ulala and Touma (Space Channel 5 and Shining Force EXA)
Namco Bandai
Sanger Somvold (Super Robot Wars), Jin and Ling Xiaoyu (Tekken), Kos-Mos and T-elos (Xenosaga), Yurie and Estel (Tales of Vesperia), Kaito and Black Rose (.hack)
That's all we know for now, but a trailer is being promised for later this month.

Actually pretty excited for this. Love crossovers like this, can't wait to see how it turns out. Also 3DS! Which is a plus.
I think they've released some screen shots.
Interesting. I'll definitely keep an eye on news about this.
Yeah...wish this coming to something besides 3DS.
i wonder how this will turn out
This may end up well... Definently keeping an eye on this.
Wow, I don't know any of those Sega characters.
Strategy game huh? Interesting character spread, hopefully this'll turn out to be a 3DS game I actually want to buy.
The Capcom lineup is pretty awesome, and its nice to see some love for the .hack series, I remember enjoying the original game when it first released. By the way, we need a Xenosaga collection, Namco-Bandai.
Wait, Sega is putting out something other than Sonic?!?!
Cannot wait for this. I hope it does really good so that other companies will want to do this.
Wow, Sega's characters are awful. Kudos on Namco's inclusion of Kos-Mos.
The last few cross-over rpg games that capcom has been a part of have been lacking to say the least. But,I remain cautiously optimistic for this game. Mainly cause I want more games for my 3DS.
Another strategy RPG crossover? Hmm.
Well, at least theirs is 3DS cough Nintendo.
