The lights are on
Sony originally released The Legend of Dragoon in 2000, and its four discs kept RPG fans busy for dozens of hours. The ambitious title was originally deemed too difficult for US gamers, so a re-balanced version was the one that made it Stateside. That version of the game will soon be available on the Playstation Network.
If you're looking to relive your PSone RPG memories, you can download it on May 1st.

It's about time all of my pleas were heard. I LOVE YOU, SONY!!
You guys want a sequel to this game? Then BUY IT!!!
This game had a great combat system.
Should have made it HD! Looks like it's almost time to pull out the old ps3 again =D
legend of the dragoon was good, but we need the kings field series, and shadow tower, but most of all... shadow tower: abyss.
FINALLYYYYYYYYY!! I've been waiting on this for soooo long. One of my favorite games of all time.
This was my fav ps1 rpg, I know.
Any word on it being free for psplus members?
would be great but i still have my copy
I've had a disc demo with this on it from PlayStation Magazine. I was about 6 when I got it and I've always wanted to play the full game. Now I can :3
Too difficult? Pfft.
I still own the original disks but I may buy this on sheer principle, just in case this release is to gauge fan interest in a sequel.
Personal Favorite Game of all time and I can't believe this is happening. Still have the original (two copies actually lol) and strategy guide but might re buy for the ease; after xenogear and chrono trigger of course. Just so happy that others will see it, try it out and experience the game.
Ha, I got this game in perfect condition at a thrift store.
remember my brother-in law gave me this game brand new because he didnt like it.after i beat it he wanted to play it.a good game all around, wish sony would wise up and make a sequel.
I got my brother's copy when he died last year. I never really was a fan, and was waiting for the right price to sell it. Looks like I might as well just settle for what I can get.
Sad story time-I got a few hours in on the second disc then quit and never finished it so I'm pretty excited that I will be able to beat it sooner or later after I get rid of this growing backlog
This is the only JRPG I could actually stomach. I tried FF and even Parasite Eve, but none of them measured up to this game. I might get it, depending on price.
i already own it, but am going to buy this just to show sony that we want a sequel...and for the convenience of not fumbling around with all 4 cds :P
****. I literally just rebought this. And this is a game I'd love playing on my PSP >_>
