  • what you want me to say OH That So Cool well it not actually it lame ...man SQ is desperate for money ohh and First
  • I don't want to see it. It's so... shameless.
  • I am so angry at Square Enix for selling a wholly optional piece of aesthetical content for a low price to people with money to spend. How dare they sell out and stuff by marketing a whimsical digital outfit that we, the players, have a choice to purchase or not? Final Fantasy died when Square merged with Enix, or when Sakaguchi left, or other bits of elitist crap. Long story short: Nobody is forcing you to buy this, so why do you care?
  • Who's mad about it.....?

    EDIT: Oh, I see...
  • Lol. Anyone notice that Xbox 360 gets it one month ahead of PS3?

  • The camera angles support the hood covering Noel's eyes, but the whole thing it still rather pointless, anyway...
  • I think it's pretty cool that production/development houses like Square and Ubisoft can work together, even if it's just to release silly costume DLC.

  • What is this crap? Seriously I just cannot get behind all this garbage dlc.

I have not enjoyed a FF game since FFX, I won't even touch XII or XIII. Sorry but the great combat mechanics are not worth the purchase, I like these games for the story.
  • I'm sure the novelty would wear off after awhile, but it does look nice I guess. I was more interested in the game while watching that video. That's the first time I've seen FF XIII-2 in action, and now I really want it. Need to hurry up and beat the first one.

  • This is pretty legit. Awesome!

  • Great, now just tie this DLC to a Final Fantasy game that's half as good as the first ten games in the series and we'll be all set.

  • I never realized how epic FFXIII-2 looked. Really wish I had an HD console...

  • It looks cool but am I going to spend money on something that has no purpose other than esthetics? (The answer is no)
  • I can't believe how many people are complaining about this. Let me explain something for all of you out there that can't seem to understand the capitalist business model. You sell a product. If you make a profit, you sell a similar product, and repeat, until the product makes no more money, then you sell of the remaining stock at discounted prices, and find a new concept to work with. ....no one is forcing you to buy this content. If you want to call Square Enix sell-outs, or any other choice names for releasing aesthetic content for their game, then that is your business, but don't pretend that you wouldn't do the same if the money was lining your pockets. I don't care for this content either, and also believe that the separation between Japanese and American art/culture is becoming so great that the JRPGs are no longer relevant to us anymore. I don't think Final Fantasy is dead per se, but I do believe that they just aren't really trying anymore. All I'm saying is, don't complain about things like this...you would do the same if your job was to sell games/game content to make money. I see these situations over and over again on this website. People complaining and calling a company greedy/sell-outs, whatever because they are embracing the capitalist business model. We live in a capitalist society. Deal with it. The only other options are communism and socialism, and believe me, those should not be options...Capitalism is King!!! It's what makes the American dream possible!! So quit crying about someone or some company making money and go out and make some of your own!
  • Ezio's rolling over in his grave.

  • While we're on the topic of recent Final Fantasy games, I'd like to give my 2 cents. To all those that use EXTREME words in describing Final Fantasy or say they won't pick it up because of disappointing reviews......you know...you should probably just give it a shot, because in all honesty ff12, 13, and 13-2 aren't as bad as people say they were. I strongly feel that it is just your own loss. To me I found those game innovative in terms of gameplay and story telling (and not to mention looking stunning in their respective generation). And let's be honest, no matter how square-enix develops the series, they will ALWAYS receive criticism: Square tries something new? Fans will b*tch and say it isn't final fantasy. Square sticks to the old formula? Western critics will say that there is no innovation and that JRPG's are "dead" (which is stupid when gamers these days keep crying out for innovation -_-). Because of this, Square pretty much has its back to a wall with no real way of getting out in one piece. I say just play the game for what it is and enjoy. FF games of late may not be perfect, nor may they strike up the nostalgia of old, but times have changed. Just accept it as is and get the most you can out of it.
  • In... Stills? I don't know what stills is (or are)
