Mass Effect 3's First Multiplayer DLC Pack Is Available Right Now

The first of what will likely be many content updates to Mass Effect 3's multiplayer is out right now and it's free.

The Resurgence Pack adds new items, weapons, and characters to the randomized packs you can purchase, but it also adds two new levels. Here's the original announcement for the DLC, with more details about exactly what is new.

The pack is available right now for for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.

    THEY'RE JUST TRYING TO DISTRACT US FROM THE CRUDDY ENDING! WELL, IT WON'T WORK! HOLD THE LINE! BIOWARE IS TEH SUXORZ! (My impression of someone who likes the ending pretending to be someone who doesn't like the ending.)

    You know what'd be awesome as an event in ME3 multiplayer? Randomly adding in Harvesters. Think of it like the events in Uncharted 3 multiplayer but not every single game. I think it'd add quite a bit of suspense to an already suspenseful online experience.

    I'm really looking forward to playing on the new maps. ^_^

    Here's hoping they bring back that super Spectre pack again because I didn't get to buy as many of those as I would've liked.

    I love the 2 new maps, but I can barely even unlock races. I always play on Silver and I always buy Spectre packs.

    Seriously the MP is soooo fun in this game.

    I was pleasantly surprised actually, i've been hooked for like 4 days now.

    Yeah boy! This multiplayer is so great! Just wish I could get my Black Widow past level 1, stupid Ultra Rare weapons!
