The lights are on
Atlus' memorable PlayStation 2 RPG Persona 3 FES will be available to download this coming Tuesday in North America.
A representative confirmed to Game Informer this is not a HD Remaster, but instead a direct port of the original game. This version contains the extra epilogue entitled "The Answer."
It will cost $9.99. No word yet on if the game will be released outside of North America.

I can't wait, Persona is the series that endeared me to Atlus.
sick ill. i should pop in my copy and finish my 2nd play through.
This and skullgirls next week. how can things get any better.
This is fantastic news. Persona 3 is easily one of the best games I've ever played in my life, and I've been gaming since the SNES days. Those who haven't played this yet needs to drop whatever they are doing and buy this game immediately! Well, as soon as it comes out anyway. On a side note, picking up the PSP version (also available on the Vita) is worth your time as well. The female protagonist gives the game enough freshness to make it worthwhile. New social links, new music, and a revamped battle system that plays identically to Persona 4 (also an amazing game).
They should have included all the stuff from the PSP version
but whatevs, still looking forward to it
I started with Persona 3 Portable on the PSP, and even though it was great, I was disappointed that it didn't include the epilogue. I guess I should try the FES version. $10 is not a bad price.
It's a good game. I have it on PS2, but never even finished one playthrough. There is so much to do and such limited time to do it all in, and I always get distracted. Then I reach the next boss fight at some pathetically low level and get party wiped...
