GameStop Testing Skylanders Trade-ins
Retailer GameStop began testing a new trade-in program for Skylanders figures for cash or store credit.
The website Pixelitis first reported the news, saying that the value of the figures range from $2 to $8, and the amount of credit given per figure varies depending on availability. However, this trade-in program is not worldwide.
A company representative told Game Informer: "Like all companies we continually test new products and services and this is merely a regional test."
GameStop was unable to confirm which stores are part of the test at this time.
