We've known that Ghost Recon: Future Soldier would be releasing on May 22 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, but now we know when PC players will be able to get in on the action.
The game will be available at retail and for digital download on PC on June 12. Here are a few differences between the PC and console versions of the game:

The PC version of the game will also require a one time registration with your Uplay account when you first begin playing, but after that an Internet connection will not be required to play.

coolio
i've been looking forward to this game despite the cheesy promo videos
I got onto the Ghost Recon Online Beta. Honestly if they are similar I don't know if I would enjoy it. Which they will be similar. So I don't know how I feel about this game yet.
Last time I got a ghost recon game for pc, it was not what i was expecting. I looked up gameplay, got 360 version gameplay video. "This looks awesome", I thought. So I go and download it on steam. Turns out the pc version is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT GAME ><. This was graw 2, it looked really good, but instead I get this *** pc only game that was *** awful. Somewhat my fault, but still I was in complete disbelief.
This is actually good news for a game that's being released on PC second. Maybe developers and publishers are starting to see that DRM doesn't really work and just hurts people who are gonna actually buy it.
