Looks Like Dragon's Lair Is Headed To Xbox Live Arcade

It should come as no surprise that Dragon's Lair may be ported to yet another platform.

PEGI, the European games rating system, recently published a listing for Dragon's Lair on Xbox Live Arcade. Dragon's Lair was first released in 1983 and has since been ported to over 20 different platforms.

The game's owner, Digital Leisure, has not made any official announcements regarding a Xbox Live Arcade version. Game Informer has contacted the company for comment. [Update] A Digital Leisure representative said the company has no comment at this time.

Own this game on blu ray - that's the way this should be played. 16:9, remaster, remixed - looks better than when it hit arcade

Ya know what? I've never played it. When I was a kid, it was in a Mazzio's. They had a dope arcade with your typical games like X-Men and pretty much all the popular fighting games of the time and so on. Dragon's Lair would just sit in the corner, usually untouched. Place burned down at least a decade ago. They never rebuilt it. I regretted never giving this game some of the quarters I was shoving into X Men and TMNT. If they put it out on Live (Is it on PSN? Would be more convenient) I'll cough up some dough and finally see what's lurks within......the Dragon's Lair. *80s tv show music, think MacGyver*
