El Shaddai Teaser Site Could Be Teasing Anything

[Update] The website was teasing El Shaddai Social Battle, a social game for GREE users. Players will build a party of three angels as you're faced with climbing a tower while battling creatures.

Below is the teaser trailer for the game, though it's in Japanese.

The hope is that it might be a new El Shaddai game, or some DLC, but really it could be anything.

You can see the teaser site by clicking here. According to Andriasang.com, the text seen below "Coming Soon" roughly translates to, "Who is the ultimate angel who God speaks of?" which isn't particularly indicative of why there are five characters standing behind the text.

We liked El Shaddai a lot, and would love to see a sequel or more content, but this could be a teaser for more El Shaddai jeans, or some kind of concert, or just about anything, so we're keeping our hopes in check.

I was so disappointed in El Shaddai. One of the worst games I've ever played. If they make a sequel, I hope they do a better job.

I liked El Shaddai, but I was also disappointed by it. Not sure if I'd go out of my way to play a sequel, or whatever this may be.

I don't know what it was about El Shaddai. I loved everything about it. Art Style. Game Play was pretty solid. Loved the Demo. But when I started the game, I got about thirty minutes in and just could not play it anymore. It was already getting to be a chore.

The combat was really simple, but the visuals and the crazy story were fantastic. I wouldn't mind revisiting this, either in a sequel or DLC. I don't know that I would pay for a full retail disc, though. This game would be perfect in short downloadable form, maybe episodic.

Beautiful game...but oh boy, some of the most frustrating Third-Person platforming I've ever played. I almost threw my controller at my TV about 20 times.

This is screaming multiplayer. Probably a fighting game.....which would preserve the games art style while adding deeper combat. That, or some DLC skins. Guess which one I'm hoping for lol

Calling it right now: this is for a new El Shaddai game that is essentially a competition between five angels to be the best angel. And you get to pick which angel you play as through the game.

I like 2 and 4 the best. I wonder how many characters there will be if this sequel is real considering all of the shadows in the background too.

The first game was bizarre, but pretty awesome so I hope we'll know one way or another soon.
