HBO has released a new trailer that shows off the Xbox Live interface for its online streaming service HBO Go.

The spot will begin running on the network this weekend, and HBO says that it's "the beginning of our campaign leading up to the launch." Hopefully, this means that an announcement regarding the release date of the Xbox HBO Go app is forthcoming. The video shows that Xbox Live's Kinect support is utilized by the HBO app.

HBO Go is already operating on home computers, iPad, iPhone, and Android. It gives you on-demand access to over 1,400 HBO shows including the full run of most of the company's acclaimed original series, comedy specials, and documentaries.

To access HBO Go on Xbox Live, you must be a subscriber to HBO through your local cable provider.
