This Mega Man Ending From Street Fighter X Tekken Seems Too Crazy To Be Real...

If you're concerned about Street Fighter X Tekken spoilers -- seriously?! -- don't read this post. Everyone else, prepare for a supreme new level of weirdness.

So here's the deal: the creepy box art version of Mega Man pictured above isn't actually playable in Street Fighter X Tekken yet. He's free downloadable content that will be unlocked this coming Tuesday, March 13. However, the character's content is apparently on the disc already and some eager fans are claiming to have unlocked his ending cinematic.

While we can't confirm its legitimacy right now, you can watch the supposed Mega Man ending for yourself below. It name-drops both Capcom and Nintendo and seemingly makes reference to the cancellation of Mega Man Legends 3. I have no idea if this ending is real...but I absolutely want it to be.

    Seriously though, this is a real WTF moment. Maybe it's symbolic of how badly Capcom's been treating the franchise lately *coughLegends3cough*.

    Wait, so is Megaman suppose to be like Deadpool of this crossover since he was sorta breaking the 4th wall? At least in terms of video games references in this video he was.

    To all of you confused, I think this "Mega Man" is supposed to be a parody of how Mega Man looks on the North American box art of the original game. (I'm no Mega Man expert by far, but I think that is the case). As such, this isn't Capcom "reducing Mega Man to a joke", it is just them having a bit of fun with the character!
