The lights are on
Rumors are circulating that Assassin's Creed III may include more than one assassin teaming up to fight the good fight. A recent article over at IGN offers some suggestion that AC III may include 2-4 player online cooperative play. What's the evidence? Well, it's pretty flimsy. For a short time, Microsoft put up a product listing for the game on its website with a bullet point that declared the game would have 2-4 player online co-op. The detail has since been pulled, and could just as easily been a misuse of a product listing template as an actual leak. Game Informer reached out to Ubisoft about the story, but Ubisoft declined to offer any official comment on the matter. While it's certainly possible that Assassin's Creed III could include an online cooperative component, it would go contrary to anything Game Informer witnessed during our recent trip to Montreal to see the game. Time will tell if the rumor turns into fact.

I wonder if it is real, then if it will be separate levels or playing the story together.
PLEASE!!
It will be AWESOME!!!
I hope this true, it would be more icing on the cake!
well i think this would be cool but i hope its seperate missions kinda like mass effect maybe
That would be interesting. I dunno how that would be integrated, but if they can do it right I'm all for it.
interesting, if Mass Effect did it then they are thinking about it
This could spice things up, I skipped on Revelation bc it was not "different" enough (not that I expect the games to be ground breakingly different) to drop $60. Hopefully this one can pull me back into the franchise for a fresh experience.
Interesting...curious to see how they'll pull that off and just how many interactions will the players have with each others.
