The lights are on
Still wall-bouncing and abusing the sawed-off for all it's worth online? Of course you're not, because Epic patched away those overpowered tactics launch week. Those of us still amused by Gears of War 3's nicely tuned multiplayer action are getting a shot at three new maps and two remastered classic ones in three weeks. As you can see from the screenshots, though, they're all up to Gears 3's visual standards no matter their age.
Cove, Aftermath, and Artillery take the COGs to new places that share the series' trademark war-torn look, while Jacinto and Raven Down are returning locales from Gears of War 2.
The "Forces of Nature" DLC map pack for Gears of War 3 is available March 27 for 800 Microsoft Points ($10). The full game makes its debut on the Xbox 360 Games on Demand service on the same day.

Still sad we never got Alex Brand and other skins. Oh well. I do enjoy Horde Mode still.
Jacinto!!!!
Rented this for a week, turned it back in three days later. I beat the singleplayer, played horde and beast modes, played multiplayer for two hours that I wish I could have back.
For the Sawed-off's single shot and excruciatingly long reload time, I could hardly call it overpowered. Looking forward for another excuse to go back to staining my lancer with Locust blood!
Cannot wait for this DLC. Nuff said.
Wooooo! Love me some Gears, baby!
looks great!!
I loved Raven Down. I'm so excited to go back there.
Can't wait to do scrims on Jacinto!
Can`t wait to play them
that is my birthday :) last year the 3ds came out on my birthday but i didn't get it (best decision i ever made gaming wise) too bad i don't have an Xbox. but i am sure steam will have an epic sale that day. ;)
I love how the theme of this new DLC is kinda a after tragedy or during a tragic event.. It makes the game seem more immerse as you run around abusing the sawed off or using a modded hammerburst:)
