The lights are on
Capcom announced it will launch a demo on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in the coming months.
The demo allows players to test drive two of the nine character classes and three pawns. With the the rogue-like Strider, you can square off against an airborne Griffin. With the melee-focused Fighter, you go toe to toe with a Chimera in an underground cavern. If you plan to pick up the game anyway, the demo is still worth checking out because you can get a head start on character customization; Capcom is allowing you to import both your playable character and main pawn into the retail version of the game.

Dragon's Dogma ships for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on May 22 in North America and May 25 in Europe.

With Capcom's games being DLC ridden and the horribly lame Asura's Wrath. I don't see much quality coming from this title. Capcom is damaged goods in my book.
I saw some combat videos a few weeks ago and was impressed by how each class gets their own signature moves and abilities. The one thing I wasn't impressed with however was the strider class.
It may have been an early demo video but from what I saw the strider seemed to have the exact same abilities and moves as the ranger with the one small addition of a chain that they could use to grapple and yank enemies.
Hopefully Capcom has had time to give the class some love but either way I'll definitely be checking the demo out. Getting to import our demo characters into the main game sounds like it will be cool too.
interested in checking it out, game looks promising
Will definitely play the demo before passing judgement
Nice. Can't wait to play the demo. The game looks fantastic.
great for capcom to let you import from demo not enough things let you
No PC version in the works?
Hell yes! I was hoping that Capcom would release a demo for Dragon's Dogma.
I'm looking forward to this. Honestly, I wasn't expecting a demo to be released. I'm glad I can get a chance to try this out
Good to see they're releasing a demo for this! I'm definitely curious about this game and a demo will be mighty helpful to decide whether I'll get it or not.
still meh on this.
I've been following this game for awhile. Its on my want list.
Yay I'm really curious to play this demo.
Game already preordered but cool - glad demo is coming
I love demos! sign me up
I'll be excited for the demo. Big Capcom fan I am. Probably won't be a day 1 purchase for me either way though.
I have been interested in this for some time, a demo will help me decide if I should buy or not.
Definitely want to try this game out. And being able to import your character isn't a bad idea either.
