I have actually bought both of the Nuka-Cola Quantum and Mentants. They were made by an artist like this person. They actually look exactly like this, so I'm thinking this may be the person who made them but I don't know for sure because I can't remember which site I bought them from. If you Google something like "Fallout merchandise" you can find a few sites that have pieces like these for sale.
