South African Retailer Outs Existence of God of War 4

The fact that Sony is working on God of War 4 is becoming the worst-kept secret in the game industry. Today, a South African game retailer put up a page taking preorders for the game on its website.

The chain, BT Games, has revealed unannounced games before, including the Jak and Daxter Collection.

This seems to corroborate the claims by composer Timothy Williams that he's working on the soundtrack to God of War 4.

i would love a god of war 4, but i'm nervous that it might ruin the series. where would the story go?

I would love it if God of War 4 went after the Roman gods and godesess, like Venus, Jupiter, the other ones I can't think of. Just as long as Sony Santa Moncia develops it.

Personally by the end of the 3rd game I was tired of the combat and quick time events. hopefully for the 4th they bring some new twists.

Well they can't rely on nothing other than upping the graphics to make it better, lets see if they can actually improve the series, the first to were great but three changed almost nothing, if they can improve the series I'll approve, if they can't it's a shame...

Yeah, it's going to make a hell of a lot of sense when he turns up in Egypt or Norse mythology. You'd think there would be a written record or something.

...What's he going to do, rebuild...everything?!? Or destroy whatever the hell we were left with at the end of 3 and disappear into a black void. I've heard of sequels being taken too far, but sheesh.
