Activision's latest Spider-Man title is coming this summer, the publisher confirmed today.

The Amazing Spider-Man, an epilogue to the upcoming film, arrives on store shelves June 26 for Nintendo DS, Wii, Xbox 360, 3DS, and PS3.

The trailer below from IGN gives you a look at one of the villains - Rhino. Check it out below!

I don't think the movie will be good. I mean why not just make a spider man 4 using the original actors instead of completely redoing it. And with that I don't think the game will be that good either.

I hope the Rhino doesn't actually scream like that, at 0:55... O.o

I really hope that Beenox manages to pull this one off. The Amazing Spider-Man (as a movie) is really seeming to capture the essence of the comics, and hopefully this game will do the same.

Why does everything have to have Dubstep now...? Aside from that, the trailer looks decent. Nothing groundbreaking, but nothing that looks too bad. Basically, I'm with IIudariumII up there. I hope it doesn't suck.

I've actually really liked the other Beenox games. Edge of Time much less than Shattered Dimensions, but it was still pretty good. Anyway, this is a day one buy for me :)
