The lights are on
Nintendo announced today that XSEED Games would be bringing Mistwalker's Wii RPG The Last Story to North America this year.
The game was published by Nintendo in Japan and Europe, though the company decided not to bring it here, along with Xenoblade Chronicles.
Check out Nintendo's YouTube page for more info from the company's Nintendo Direct video, which was released this morning.

I bought my 3rd Wii when Skyward Sword dropped, and I planned on keeping it this time around. This announcement solidifies that decision. I've already pre-ordered Xenoblade and now they're releasing the Rainfall title that I wanted the most. This game is going to be a masterpiece.
I'm so glad they had the good sense to make sure this came to American shores. Another chance for me to put my money where my mouth was, a la Xenoblade. I'm genuinely impressed by the graphics for this given the platform. Thanks, Nintendo.
Looks like I will have a reason to keep the dust off of the Wii after Xenoblade Chronicles....
See, that wasn't so hard, was it Nintendo?
Good to hear. Took long enough.
Yes! I'm so excited for this!
I can't wait. More great games spread out until the Wii U 2 thing comes.
*jumps up and down and screams like a twelve year old girl at a Justin Bieber concert*
This, along with VC games, keeps me playing the Wii for the foreseeable future...
