Apple has removed all three games from the App store. If you ended up buying on of them, you can request a refund through your Purchase History.

Buyer beware. One of the top-selling apps today on iTunes is a fake Pokemon game.
Dubbed "Pokemon Yellow," the game doesn't even work and is in no way related to the official Nintendo product. The app was uploaded by Daniel Burford of Home of Anime late last week.
"Shoulda read the bottom comments before purchasing, this is a scam. Crashes after main screen," read one customer review. The same company also recently uploaded fake versions of Digimon and YuGiOh+.
We contacted Nintendo and Apple for comment and when or if the Apps will be removed.

It just shows how horrible people are in this world.
There are alot of apps on the app store that are advertised like this. Just the other day I found one title "Super hero movies" or something like that, it claimed you could watch Marvel movies for free through live streaming. the price was 1.99 I believe, and all the comments said it was just trailers.
Funny thing is I just saw this app today as well, I got excited, then read the reviews, glad I didn't jump at it.

Does the guy get to keep what he made or is there an agreement between Apple and app makers about having working apps? No doubt he made a fair amount of money scamming people.
I searched pokemon in the app store and found this. Thankfully I read the reviews and I didn't even have enough money. Lucky me

This is both hilarious and deeply concerning.
Also don't buy temple gun it is just a stupid spelling thing
While it is tempting, keep in mind that Nintendo NEVER creates 3rd party software and most likely never will.
It took them a week to update minecraft, and it had few obvious bugs, but this got through? This is just f'ed up. I think that this guy should be punished to the fullest extent of Nintendo's imagination.
