Deviant Art user Pyroxene has created some low polygon versions of Mass Effect characters that also happen to be completely adorable.

In a post on Polycount Forum, the artist explains that he/she originally intended to only recreate three characters, but the project quickly ballooned into ten. And we're glad it did, as these characters are awesome! The shot above reminds me of a Final Fantasy Tactics. On a side note: BioWare should totally make a Mass Effect tactics game. Here's a closeup shot of Male Shepard.

Pouty Thane!!! Oh I am in love!!!!!! AS long as they could kick butt and raise hell as they did in ME...I would be all over it. Oh I HATE Miranda, so the option to beat her down (or get rid of her) would need to be in it.

That is insane fan art at its finest. The detail on Garrus sniper gun is AMAZING. If this were to release a 3DS game in the form of FFT factor, that would be epic. Sadly it won't ever see the light of day, but still very well done.

I would most definitely buy a Mass Effect Tactics game... that idea has a TON of potential... classes, races, weapons, specialties... the foundation the certainly there.
