The lights are on
After the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim shipped, the team at Bethesda took a week to do whatever they wanted and create content they could add to the game in the future.
As revealed during Todd Howard's keynote speech at DICE, the team designed all kinds of content, including dragon mounts, house building, and spears! Howard prefaced this reveal by saying none of this content is confirmed, and that it may or may not ever come out for public consumption.

the werewolf and vampire additions would be so cool it would actually make them worth using. It's worth it to be a werewolf cause it raises some of your skills. But being a vampire does nothin for you but make it easier to sneak which really isn't worth the hassel of feeding could be done like in the middle of a battle it would actually make it worth it for archery based guys cause who wouldn't think its nice to sneak easier when your first beginning with an archery based character (It's hard if you never tried it)

Werebear, Ice and fire arrows, water flow, goblins, flying vampires, the giant mudcrab, and the dragon mounts were amazing. Especially the dragon mounts.
I want more capes and that flying Vampire Lord. I really want all of it in at some point.
That is awesome. I'm hoping they add more stuff like that to Skyrim or future Elder Scrolls games.
So many of these would make the game so much freaking better! And that's saying something!

Man i noticed the ball n chain too now that would be amazing. And more slomo kills...and an unarmed combat tree.
Certain things like mounted combat, set favourite for followers, kill cams for magic and ranged combat and spell combinations are things that should have been in the game already, especially mounted combat; it's so annoying having to get off your horse everytime to fight. Most of the other graphical enhancements and actual new content would certainly make good editions in future DLC (vampire lord looks great).
