The lights are on
Last year's tower defense style game for Xbox Live, PSN, and PC sold over one million copies, the publisher confirmed.
Speaking in a new interview with Joystiq, Reverb Publishing CEO Doug Kennedy said "It is tremendously successful franchise. We have lots of plans to support it both with DLC and additional add-ons for the franchise."
The game currently has three more planned DLC packs across all platforms in addition to "The Lost Eternia Shards: Mistymire Forest," which released in late December.
I got this game gifted to my from a friend during Christmas. I have to say, for the little he paid for the four copies allotted to him, it was money well spent. It scratches that loot driven, strategy, nonsensical fun urge that i've been having. I'd highly recommend it.
I have played allot of this game with my friends, I only have two complaints.
1. Camera angle needs to be adjusted. Even with being able to adjust the distance, things can get aggravating when your in battle.
2. Auto targeting. I hate when I'm attacking someone with my ranged ability, and then I'm attacking someone behind me for no dang reason. This has actually caused me to die before.
Great game regardless, happy for their success.
