Crackle And CinemaNow Apps Available For Xbox Live

The free video streaming service Crackle, and the non-free Best Buy run CinemaNow video streaming services are coming to Xbox Live.

Crackle doesn't have a a lot of content, but it's all free so there's no reason to complain. Best Buy's CinemaNow on the other hand does offer more options, but you have to pay for them.

No word on exactly when these services will be available, but it should be soon.

I just want a service that streams HBO and Showtime. Then I can watch Dexter and finally see Game of Thrones. Netflix streaming service was cool for about a year but now they hardly get anything new or even good. They have shows/movies in the new releases and receantly added sections but those things have been there for like 6 months or more. Hulu sucks because it has TV commercials and a crappy selection.

I wish there was a steaming service exactly like vudu but all the movies are 99 cents like that of red box. That would be the biggest money maker in the whole rental industry since it would provide better selection killing netflix, and easier rentals killing redbox. I would get that in an instant i swear.

For what us gamers pay MS already for the Live service, I think HBO Go should have been added on by now. Honestly, they are just going to make more money because they will charge and we will pay. Simple as that. God, I hate microsoft sometimes.

Wrap your minds around this PS fanboys: Crackle is a Sony company (Sony Pictures). AND it's coming to XBox before Playstation. So next time you're b*tching about "XBox sucks because PS is free"...
