Square Enix Details Wakfu Premium Membership Benefits

Wafku is developer Ankama's free MMORPG take on the Dofus universe (set 200 years before that Flash game), and the developer and Square Enix have detailed just what your $6 a month premium membership will get you.

Apart from the benefits below, early subscribers will also get exclusive bonus content, including customizable pets and equipment sets, as well as a special pioneer outfit designating you as an early adopter.

Exclusive Wakfu Premium Membership Benefits (text from Square Enix):

Raise to the highest levels possible
Access to all nations and territories
Access to all dungeons
Ability to create and join guilds
Access to fast public transportation
Learn and master all 16 crafting and harvesting professions
Access to in-game currency
Directly impact the world’s ecosystem
Vote and or run for public office
Participate in PvP battles and conquer new lands
Greater variety of emotes, expressions, and tricks
Exclusive rewards for upgrading and renewing premium membership

Wakfu comes out on February 29, and is currently in open beta. If you're interested in the universe, you can also check out the spin-off, Islands of Wakfu on Xbox Live.

so basically if you dont subscribe, u only get to play a 'Lite' or demo version where nothing you do makes any sense or purpose? LoL might as well just make it non-f2p.

been playing the beta for about a month. aside from some balance issues (to be expected) this is a good game. But yeah everything i want to do is only with the membership. its not to much though so... meh.
