The lights are on
SEGA today confirmed it is delaying the release of Aliens: Colonial Marines until later this fall.
The game was originally scheduled to ship this coming spring. “Aliens: Colonial Marines is a process of creativity and invention and those don't necessarily follow the structure of an assembly line," SEGA and Gearbox Software said in a statement sent to Game Informer.
"While setting clear goals, deadlines and predictions is helpful, they are often subjective. We don't want to sacrifice the creative process just for the sake of following a blue print. We prefer to have the creative discovery shape that blue print because our goal is to make a great game, and we are prioritizing this goal over the previously targeted date.”

This game better be worth the focking wait!!
What do you mean they delayed the game? How could they delay the game? THEY'RE ANIMALS!!!
Really hope this is a good game, been waiting for a good Aliens game. A developer delaying a game might be a good thing, but it could also mean the opposite...like it sucks
There's a rumor that development of this game will be completed by 3D Realms.
I normally don't go for movie-based games anyway.
So this is what? The third time? Oh well, at least they have a good reason other that they just can't do their jobs properly. I'd rather wait a few months for a good game then get a mediocre one right now.
This game is never coming out is it?
i just can't wait for this game,**BRAAAHHHH**.
