The lights are on
DC Direct dropped a surprise on comic book retailers today in the form of a product catalog that showcases many of the company's planned action figures for 2012. In addition to first shots of figures based on the upcoming feature film The Dark Knight Rises, this catalog shows off figures based on Rocksteady's Batman: Arkham City and Batman: Arkham Asylum games.
Due out this September, this new wave of figures consists of Ra's al Ghul, Azrael, the Penguin, one of Joker's clown thugs, and a new Batman sculpt. Throughout the course of the year, fans can also look for deluxe figures of Killer Croc and Mr. Freeze (both due out in June), as well as a Titan mutated Joker (expected in November). All we need now to complete the collection are Solomon Grundy and Clayface.

I got all of the figures from the Arkham Asylum run from my ex a few years back, so I definitely want these.
Those look awesome, and the detail on both The Penguin and Azrael are remarkable! If I was huge on collecting figures, I would certainly buy these.
Looks like the Joker is pretty... *puts on suglasses* ripped!!

pretty awesome. I might have to pick up the joker one depending on price
I saw the front page pic, read the headline, and couldn't figure out what the hell Mutated Penguin was. I had to go back an make sure it wasn't actually a typo. I'm tired.
Meh. Never really got into action figures. Once bought a Halo Reach one just for kicks.
looks awesome, if i wasnt broke i might think of picking up one. wish they had the scarecrow though.
Oooh, not bad at all. Batman will be a must-own.
Price?
My bet is that the mutated Joker won't sell as much. He was just as evil in his person-ish state.
Ah, Titan Joker...most disappointing boss fight ever.
So we get a Clown Thug and Titan Joker (Terrible boss) but not Catwoman and Robin... :( I DO like that Mr. Freeze, though.
That's cool, I don't like Titan Joker though.
Who else thinks the mutated joker is just a modeling fail?
Where will we find these and how much do they cause?
