The lights are on
He's no longer in the race, but while he was on the campaign trail, Herman Cain liked to reference video games in subtle ways. He's done with all that subtlety. At the Stephen Colbert/Herman Cain campaign rally that took place this weekend at the College of Charleston in South Carolina, Cain said, "I was not going to let Stephen Colbert show me up singing, but let me give you the Pokemon poem first," after which he proceeded to sing the theme from Pokemon: The Movie.
The real reason this is interesting though, is because I graduated from the College of Charleston, and I now have an excuse to place my alma mater on the Game Informer home page.

I was skeptical that he was referencing Pokemon intentionally at first, I thought it might be an errant speach writer or the Pokemon people stole it from another poem, but I guess I was wrong. I was never a fan of Herman Cain, but you have to respect a man who will go in front of a crowd of people and sing a Pokemon song.
Outstanding!
This song would be a great Easter egg in the nest Pokemon game.
This is awesome. I loved "Pokemon: The Movie".
*Applauding*
Pretty good.
man i would so vote for him just for that!
but he is out of the race :(
O'well one can dream right!
That was better than Obama singing
I expected this to be songified...
Amen! Haha!
This video proved two things for me:
(1) The end is nigh
(2) It's okay because my life is now complete
LOL:) Thats kool I never knew that any polital person would do that..
He might have some pokemon games at the crib
He may not be the best candidate for a legitimate election, but he's got an interesting way of going about it.
