I can't believe I still to this day havn't played any Silent Hill games. This is a perfect time to finally get it on w/ a good horror series(amnesia was the last one I played, and that was a year ago). Isn't Silent Hill 2 considered the best by most? Or am I just making that up?

Konami is really dropping the ball with their Silent Hill series as of late. I believe this is the second time this has been delayed and Silent Hill Downpour has been delayed a few times as well.

Hopefully they re-do that atrocious voice acting

Maybe the HD remake will be a start of my love for the horror genre. Who needs sleep anyway? Did I mention that I could transform into an owl?

Now I'm not sure the audience for the both games is the same but it seams to me that pushing ANY game back to March is a bad a idea. One of the biggest releases of the year, Mass Effect 3, is coming out that month.

SH*T SH*T SH*T!!! Hey at least i'll get SILENT HILL HD and RESIDENT EVIL ORC within the same month, i guess it sounds like a good deal.

This might have been a stupid move on my part but I canceled my pre order on silent hill HD collection and got batman arkham city instead... Now I feel bad enough to. Want to trade arkham city and put the money back on the HD collection what should I do?

Such bittersweet news. A shame that it is pushed back, but at least now I that's one less game I have to buy this month.

Well, that sucks.  I'm glad they're taking the time to polish it and aren't just rushing it out though.

I'm glad not because I hate the games or don't want them but because it gives me time to finish my huge backlog until they come out. I know that's selfish but hey what can I do.

I'm hoping it's so they can keep the SH3 voices now.

So instead of releasing the game in a dead month, they're gonna put it out the same month as Mass Effect 3, Max Payne 3, etc. I'll be buying this for two of my favorite games ever (and the old voices being an option definitely helps) but it almost seems like Konami is sending this and Downpour out to die this way.
