WB announced it has moved the release date of Gotham City Impostors to February 2012.

The game was originally scheduled to ship this month on January 10. A reason for the delay was not provided. Gotham City Impostors is a download-only, multiplayer title for Xbox Live, PlayStation Network, and PC.

Comments
  • Probably just making some final adjustments and tweaks to the game.

  • game delays are noting new.

  • Wish I could get in on the beta so I could form a real opinion of the project, beyond just being pulled in by the unique presentation and setting.
  • It get's boring quick.  It's not really going to be worth picking up.

  • I try to give every game a shot, but i have absolutely no interest in the title. I'm not sure if its the art style, goofy action, or lack of story. Not trolling just an opinion.

  • Take all the time you need to tweak the game and whatnot. As long as we get a smooth enjoyable experience upon release.

  • Played the beta. The shooting mechanics were solid and the game was fun. Though the character progression felt weird, and the matchmaking was odd at times. Definitely a good download only shooter, better then Battlefield 1943 (Which is pretty good.) in my opinion. But it was still a beta.

  • as long as the delay means fans will get a great game then take all the time you need (within reason, we are impatient after all.)
  • D'awhhh =/.

  • Take your time, WB, i'm looking forward to seeing what's up your sleeves for this game.

  • that sucks i was counting down the days.

  • I can wait till next month, no prob.

  • *cries himself to sleep*

  • Son of a b*tch! =(
  • I feel this game like Bioshock 2's multiplayer.

  • February also has Twisted Metal and SSX and now, Batman Impostors!

My wallet is going to bleed.
