The lights are on
The evidence is pretty thin, but the twitter population seems convinced.
There are only two real pieces of evidence that have lead people to believe that Spark Unlimited is working on Star Wars: Battlefront 3. One, on its website Spark Unlimited lists in its job section that, "We are in production on an unannounced high-profile, popular game sequel for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC release." The other piece of evidence, is that it simply isn't flat out denying that Battlefront 3 is the title it is working on, on twitter. Every inquiry is met with a, "you'll have ask Lucas Arts about its franchises, we're just a developer, not publisher," response.
It's not much to go on, but it's possible.
Spark Unlimited only has a few games under its belt with Call of Duty: Finest Hour, Turning Point: Fall of Liberty, and Legendary. It seems more likely that they could be working on a new Call of Duty having experience in the franchise already, but twitter seems to think otherwise. We will know more next year when official announcements start rolling out.

I've been waiting for a good gaming console star wars game. Force unleashed 2 was amazing but way to short, it definitely wasn't worth the $60.
Ooh, COD: Finest hour was pretty good but Turning Point and Legendary were crappy. Hopefully if the rumors are true Spark can pull this off.

Haven't played any of the SWBF games and I'd like to but if Legendary was anything to go by, I wouldn't be too excited if Spark Unlimited was working on the next SWBF.
I sure would love to see this game come back and be even more amazing than before.

If Star Wars Battlefront III turns out anything like Turning Point and Legendary, then we are all in for a giant disappointment.
Can't we just stop talking about Battlefront 3, Kingdom Hearts 3 and an HD remake of FF VII until they are actually being done? I always see stories like this, get my hopes up for a second and then finish reading the headline.

If they did this right, this game would complete me. So they are working with Lucasarts? If that is true then I am merely excited for another SW game. Hopefully this time they actually put out a quality product. At least TOR is awesome, but Lucasarts needs to step it up.
Wait... weren't those games mostly terrible and at best average? Why would anyone want them handling something like Star Wars: Battlefront?
The original Battlefront was my fav, for some reason Battlefront II was not as fun for me.
