The lights are on
David Jaffe, co-director of Twisted Metal for PlayStation 3 and internet potty-mouth, popped onto the PlayStation Blog to announce that Twisted Metal: Black will be included as a free downloadable game with the upcoming Twisted Metal.
Jaffe delivered the announcement in person (so to speak) via YouTube taking a brief pause to reminisce about licking stamps. In honor of the holidays, Jaffe also limited his offensive word count to only twice.
Check out the video below, and don't forget that Twisted Metal releases for PlayStation 3 on February 14, Valentines day.

I think I might pre-order this now just to secure a copy of Twisted Metal: Black
It would be awesome getting a game with food stamps
Man I really want a free copy of Black. But I won't be able to buy Twisted Metal when it first releases :(
I played so much Black when it came out...
Dude Twisted Metal 2 was the first game my brother and I got for Playstation. Mr. Jaffe you are the man and you and your team are responsible for many of my favorite moments in gaming history! I will definitely be picking up Twisted Metal on day 1.
Thats awesome this game is getting more interesting by the moment starting to become a day 1 buy for me
you can get twisted metal black on discshop
Ill be happy with just the actual game itself
I just hope I don't need to have the disk inside in order to play it like with Dead Space 2 and Assassin's Creed: Revelations
wow i already wanted to purchase this game but now this just solidifies it I'm gettin it. this is the 2nd time something like this happened to me on the PS3 the first time was when I bought Saints Row the 3rd after I got it then I found out I get Saints Row 2 off PSN for free. this the 3rd time this has happened on any console the first time is when I bought Darksiders on the Xbox 360 when it came out THQ sent me a free copy of Red faction Guerrilla on the PS3. I hope more companies follow suit with this practice.
Anniversary present! :)
