The lights are on
Global sell-in numbers for Dead Island have now reached 3 million units since launch.
Publisher Deep Silver previously announced the game shipped 2 million copies worldwide to retailers in its launch month this past September. They did not provide a sell-through number, however.
"Dead Island has sold very, very well over the holiday season and we are thrilled that it has sustained a robust level of sell-through since launch in September," Aubrey Norris, Manager of Marketing & PR for Deep Silver told Game Informer.

I already have this game. Its fun.
I forgot I had this game! I need to play it after I beat Skyrim, Rage, Crysis 2, Dark Souls, Mass Effect 2, and Bastion. Way too many good games, and not enough time (or money)!
This game is still on my ever growing backlog.
