Bethesda games typically have an active modding community, and this tradition has continued with Skyrim. We've stumbled upon one of the weirdest ones yet, courtesy of YouTube user DoubleagentMoA. In it, a character stands in the middle of Whiterun's marketplace and demonstrates an awesome new shout.

That's not a shout mod, after the cinematic thing he did a shout and then cut and then he was duplicating items.
