Asura's Wrath Demo Coming In February

Asura's Wrath looks crazy. If the concept of an over-the-top action title with a six-armed hero isn't enough to sell you on the game outright, you'll get a chance to try it for yourself early next year.

A recent article in Famitsu (as explained by Capcom community liaison Gregaman) says that the demo for Asura's Wrath releases on PS3 and Xbox 360 on February 21. Don't be worried about the fact that it's a Japanese publication; Capcom has confirmed to us that the demo will also release in North America on that day, which is also when the game hits stores.

Though Asura's Wrath definitely has potential, giving people the chance to try before they buy is a good idea, especially for a new IP.

This is very good news. Every game should offer a demo. I downloaded Darksiders demo when it released and instantly fell in love with it, buying it the day after.

I don't want to be surprised with something short like Vanquish. If it was short but with tons of variating replay value, then I'm game (think Bayonetta). I understand that the two games I used as examples are not Capcom made games, but Asura's Wrath just 'feels' like it'll play the same way. No matter, the contents of this title will be ludicris. Which is awesome.

This trailer blew me away with the beautiful display of chaos. I am going to take a risk with this one and will buy it on the release date. I truly enjoy new concepts and this one has my attention. Putting on the "To Buy" list.
